Since the original TLSE pedalboard model was released in 2004, many have felt Vox's
subsequent models (TLLE, TLST, and TLEX) have not fully utilized the
full potential of Vox's
superior Valvetronix modeling technology.
While other modeling manufacturers have produced pedalboard units with
advanced features and expanded versatility (such as Line 6, Boss,
Digitech, and Zoom) Vox has failed to do so. They continually release
new models offering more amps and effects but down-size their pedalboard
and eliminate user-friendly features and program-ability!
Furthermore, some users have reluctantly moved on to other manufacturers, but true fans of the Vox Valvetronix modeling
sound have held on with optimistic anticipation for a future Tonelab that compares feature-wise to the competition!
